I dedicate my time to advising and securing risks associated to small and big companies’ intangible assets: management of IP portfolios, securing rights as well as defending them both at the administrative level and at the courts, in France, before the EU offices/courts and internationally. I focus on proximity, concision, creativity in terms of options and alternative solutions to conflict.
My multicultural approach to my work stems from my origins and my proficiency in several languages, including Chinese.

I am a legal practitioner at the Paris Bar (Intellectual Property Law Specialist), at the Luxembourg Bar, Doctor of Law, with more than 35 years of experience in Intellectual Property, working particularly from a strategic and economic standpoint and internationally. I was the founding partner of the firm 30 years ago.
